Appointments

Office hours are M-F 12:00pm-7:00pm. To schedule an appointment, please call (254)371-5362. All appointments are conducted via zoom. 

After the initial consultation follow up appointments are typically every 6-12 weeks depending on individual needs. All phone call, texts, emails, and zoom calls <30 mins between appointments are free of charge.  When appointments are booked a wellness questionnaire will be emailed out and will be due back at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If the wellness questionnaire is not returned 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, then the appointment will be canceled or rescheduled. All clients must be at least 18 years of age and not currently pregnant or breast feeding. 

Initial Consultation Appointment: $150 (2 hours)

Follow Up Appointment: $100 (1 hour)
