Online Appointments

For your convenience, all appointments are conducted via Zoom.

Each appointment is more than just a meeting—it is a personalized, one-on-one coaching session. Prior to each appointment, you will be asked to complete an extensive wellness questionnaire, which is due back at least 72 hours before your scheduled session. The purpose of this questionnaire is to ensure that each session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs.

Following each appointment, you will receive a copy of your personalized recommendations, along with continued support as needed.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

I understand that life unfolds unexpectedly. In the case of genuine emergencies, please reach out as soon as possible—refunds will be offered where appropriate.
